Is a 7-Week Cabin Crew Course Worth It? We’ll Tell You Everything!

·
Discover Crew Factory’s 7-week cabin crew course: in-person training, online platform, real-world simulations and an official certificate to start flying....

Spoiler alert: It’s the perfect balance between intensity and a complete experience.

At Crew Factory, we’ve created a 7-week course format with in-person classes twice a week, designed for those who want to train as flight attendants (cabin crew) seriously and professionally—without putting the rest of their life on hold.

Online platform access from day one

From the very first day, you’ll get full access to our virtual learning platform, which includes:

  • Official EASA curriculum
  • Explainer videos and real-life case studies
  • Downloadable materials and practice tests
  • Continuous support from our virtual teacher, Laia

Even if you only attend in-person classes twice a week, you’ll be able to progress at your own pace the rest of the time.

In-person classes, 2 days per week

You’ll attend class twice a week to focus on:

  • Theory lessons and Q&A sessions
  • Hands-on practice in first aid, safety and passenger care
  • Exam preparation
  • Group activities to improve teamwork, communication and leadership

And of course, you won’t finish the course without practicing real-life situations like evacuations, fire drills and water survival.

Unforgettable off-site training days

During the course, you’ll take part in two essential practical training sessions:

  • In Madrid: fire drill and emergency slide evacuation (on an aircraft mock-up)
  • In Málaga: water survival training

Each session is an adventure and a hands-on learning experience you won’t forget.

Professional uniform from day one

Yes, you’ll feel like a real cabin crew member from your very first class.

Our uniform is elegant, comfortable and professional, designed to make you feel like you’re already part of the Crew Factory team.

What happens after the course?

You’ll finish with:

  • Your official cabin crew certificate
  • A solid and practical education
  • A network of classmates and instructors who will keep supporting you
  • And the motivation to start flying

Want to take your training seriously without giving up your routine?

The 7-week course is your best option.
