Nationally recognised commitment to excellence in aeronautical training
There are days that remain marked in the history of a project. July 2st was one of those days for Crew Factory. At the NH Hotel in Malaga, during the gala of the XIV Tourism Awards of La Razón, we received the Award for Innovation in Cabin Crew Training.
A recognition that thrills us, honours us and, above all, encourages us. Because behind this award there are many hours of training, of listening, of constant adaptation to a sector that is changing at full speed. But there is also something that never changes: the passion for training those who dream of flying.
A story that began with a clear idea
When we started Crew Factory, we knew we wanted to do something different. Not only to offer impeccable technical training, which of course is fundamental, but also to accompany each student in their personal process. To make their dream come true, yes, but to do it from a close, current and, above all, human approach.
For us, innovation has never been just a question of technology, despite having a cutting-edge platform. To innovate is to understand each generation of students. Knowing how to motivate them, how to prepare them for a demanding market, how to enhance their talents and strengthen their skills.
Here are some words from our training director Esther Saiz Fernández at the awards gala:
An environment of excellence, in a city that sets an example
The setting could not be more symbolic, Malaga, a city that represents the growth and transformation of tourism in Spain like few others. The gala, organised by La Razón, brought together professionals and companies from across the industry, recognising projects that are shaping the future of the sector.
We were there, alongside benchmarks such as The Palace, Iberostar Selection Es Trenc, NH Collection Ibiza, Casa de Casa de Campo Resort & Villas La Romana… And there our training director, Esther Saiz Fernández, took the stage to collect the award on behalf of the entire team. A team that works with a common goal, to train with rigour, with proximity and with a vision of the future.
This award belongs to all of us
That’s how we feel. This recognition is not only from Crew Factory as an institution. It is from every student who has trusted us. From each instructor who has dedicated himself to transmitting his experience. From every colleague who has contributed ideas, solutions and motivation when necessary.
It also belongs to all those who believe that training can and should be a transforming experience. That a course is not only measured by the qualification obtained, but by what it changes inside. By how it prepares you to work, yes, but also to grow, to decide, to trust yourself.
We continue to look forward
This award is not a finishing point. It is, rather, a signpost along the way. A pat on the back that tells us that we are doing well, but that there is still a long way to go. The sector is evolving, and we are evolving with it. Because there are new generations who deserve the best. Because training well is a responsibility, but also a privilege.
Thanks to La Razón for this recognition. Thanks to the whole Crew Factory team. And thanks, above all, to those who trust us to start their career in the heights.
We are still flying.
