Official requirements according to AESA
To obtain the official Cabin Crew Member (CCM) certification, you must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education (or equivalent)
- Minimum age: 17 years old (18 for the exam).
- Recommended height: 1,57 m (women) | 1,68 m (men).
- Aeromedical examination (Class CC): Physical and mental fitness.
- Know how to swim: Essential for survival training.
